Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT, where applicable.

Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. 

Payment will be taken once we have processed your order. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your goods.

Please ensure that all information provided for purchasing products is correct, that the payment card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover all costs.

If the payment card has expired or insufficient funds are available, we will be unable to fulfil your order and will contact you by email.


We aim to deliver in the UK within 5 working days. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, deliveries may take longer than usual. Orders will be posted once a week.

Whilst current stock levels should be accurate on the website, should one or more products not be available you will be informed by email as soon as possible.

Please contact us immediately by email tourism@visitwest.co.uk if the incorrect product has been delivered. Please include your Order ID in the email, so that we can access your order details. The product will be exchanged for the correct goods if they are available.

Delivery Costs

The standard delivery costs for the UK are based on basket value and are as follows:

Basket Value £0.00 – £29.99:
Delivery cost £3.20
Basket Value £30.00 – £49.99:
Delivery cost £5.20
Basket Value £50.00 and up:
Delivery cost £7.50
Tracked delivery £0.00 - £29.99 :
Delivery cost £4.20

We no longer take orders from outside of the UK.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Items are photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary.

To purchase any of the items in our Gift Shop, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is understood to be accepted by us on your receipt of an e-mail confirmation. For security reasons your order’s data is not accessible via the internet. We keep this data in confidence accordance to our privacy policy.


You have the right to a refund within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This will apply to all products in your order except for the following:

  • Goods made to order.
  • Perishable goods.
  • DVDs.

The Bristol Gift Shop is not responsible for products which are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed after receipt. Refunds cannot be authorised in such cases. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition they were sent out at your own expense. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you in your email confirmation.
